1 対象と利用範囲
本規約は、運営者本人が、自分で管理するYouTubeチャンネルへ動画を投稿・管理するために使用するMac用ローカルアプリ「Hotty YouTube Publisher」（以下「本アプリ」）に適用されます。本アプリは個人専用であり、一般ユーザー向けの配布・販売や、第三者のアカウントを運用するサービスを提供していません。
2 YouTubeとGoogleの規約
本アプリはYouTube API Servicesを利用します。本アプリの利用者はYouTube利用規約に拘束されます。Googleによるデータの取扱いにはGoogleプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。本アプリはGoogleまたはYouTubeの公式アプリではありません。
3 認証と操作の承認
GoogleのOAuth同意画面で本人が許可した範囲で、チャンネル情報の確認、重複確認、承認済み動画の非公開アップロード、メタデータとサムネイルの設定、結果の読戻し確認を行います。予約公開日時または概要欄の更新には、別途本人の承認が必要です。
要求するscopeは https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.force-ssl です。このscopeにはYouTubeデータの閲覧・編集に関する広い権限が含まれますが、現在の実装は上記の処理に使用し、動画削除機能は提供していません。
投稿前に対象チャンネル、承認版のファイルhash、メタデータ、本人の承認を照合します。private-onlyとして承認された処理では登録者通知を無効にし、予約公開を禁止します。通信結果が不明な場合は、新規投稿を繰り返す前に保存済み状態とYouTube上の状態を照合します。
4 投稿内容と権利の確認
利用者は、投稿する動画、音声、画像、サムネイル、文章等について、必要な権利・許諾を確認し、法令およびYouTubeの規約・ポリシーを遵守します。対象チャンネル、投稿内容、公開状態、予約日時を確認してから承認してください。本アプリの照合処理は、投稿内容の権利確認や本人による最終判断に代わるものではありません。
5 データの取扱いと利用終了
アクセスするデータ、保存場所、保存期間、削除および問い合わせ対応は、本アプリのプライバシーポリシーに記載します。OAuthアクセスはGoogleアカウントのサードパーティとの接続ページから取り消せます。現在、アクセス取消しおよびローカル保存データの削除は、同ポリシーに記載した手順で対応します。ローカルデータの削除や認証の取消しでは、YouTube上の動画は削除されません。YouTube Studio等で別途管理してください。

Hotty YouTube Publisher Terms of Use

1 Scope and intended use
These Terms apply to Hotty YouTube Publisher (the “Application”), a local Mac application used personally by its operator to upload and manage videos on YouTube channels the operator manages. The Application is for personal use by its operator. It is not distributed or sold to the public and does not offer a service for operating third-party accounts.
2 YouTube and Google terms
The Application uses YouTube API Services. By using the Application, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s processing of data is subject to the Google Privacy Policy. The Application is not an official Google or YouTube application.
3 Authorization and approval of operations
Within the access granted by the operator through Google’s OAuth consent screen, the Application checks channel information and possible duplicates, uploads approved videos as private, applies approved metadata and thumbnails, and reads back the results. Updating a scheduled publication time or a video description requires separate approval from the operator.
The requested scope is https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.force-ssl. This scope includes broad permissions to view and edit YouTube data. The current implementation uses it for the operations described above and does not provide a video deletion function.
Before an upload, the Application checks the destination channel, file hashes for the approved version, metadata, and the operator’s approval. A private-only approval disables subscriber notifications and blocks scheduling. If the outcome of a request is uncertain, the Application reconciles saved and YouTube-side state before repeating a new upload.
4 Content and rights
The user is responsible for confirming the necessary rights and permissions for videos, audio, images, thumbnails, text, and other submitted content, and for complying with applicable law and YouTube’s terms and policies. The user must review the destination channel, content, privacy status, and scheduled publication time before approval. The Application’s checks do not replace rights clearance or the user’s final judgment.
5 Data handling and ending use
The Application’s Privacy Policy describes data access, local storage, retention, deletion, and contact procedures. Access can be revoked through the Google Account Third-party connections page. Revocation and deletion of locally stored data are currently handled using the procedures described in that Policy. Deleting local data or revoking authorization does not delete videos hosted by YouTube; those must be managed separately in YouTube Studio or another appropriate YouTube interface.
